Tables at all shows are $75 for aisle tables and $80 for wall tables prepaid. Tables that are not prepaid may not be held if requested by another party with payment and do cost an additional $10 each at the door. Therefore, tables paid at the door will cost $85 for aisle and $90 for wall. We are now having to rent tables from outside rental companies for all of our shows and do need to know in advance of your reservations for tables. Even if you cannot or are not going to pre-pay please be sure to notify that you are coming to a show, showing up at the show location is, of course, acceptable, but not preferred.
ALL TABLES AT THE TOMBSTONE, AZ SHOWS MUST BE PRE-PAID IN FULL AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. THIS SHOW IS A SELL OUT FOR THE INDOOR TABLES AND UNPAID RESERVATIONS WILL NOT BE HELD. If you have reserved space and not made payment at the time indoor capacity is reaching the maximum limit, I will try to contact you before releasing your tables. However, it is still your responsibility to make sure you get your payment to us.
If you are recurring credit card customer and your card is going to expire before the next show, be sure to contact us with the new expiration date and a new signature authorization or your credit card will not be charged and you will be responsible for "pay at the door" table rates.

If you are just confirming a reservation that you have already made or paying by credit card you can fax us at: (602) 298-7111. PLEASE DO NOT FAX LESS THAN 5 DAYS PRIOR TO A SHOW, WE WILL HAVE ALREADY LEFT THE LOCATION OF THE FAX MACHINE. WHEN YOU NOTICE ON OUR SCHEDULE THAT WE HAVE MORE THAN ONE SHOW IN CALIFORNIA THAT MONTH, PLEASE EMAIL US, WE OFTEN LEAVE HOME, DO ALL OF THE SHOWS AND THEN RETURN HOME.
WE DO NOT SEND CONFIRMATIONS OF ANY KIND. IF PAID BY CREDIT CARD, YOU WILL GET YOUR RECEIPT AT THE SHOW. IF PAYING BY CHECK, YOUR CANCELLED CHECK OR CHECK IMAGE WILL BE YOUR RECEIPT.
We are a family owned and operated business, I have a really small family. Emails have become the preferred method of contact due to my heavy travel schedule. Starting with the Fall 2009 show season, I have purchased a "Magic Jack" to handle the incoming phone calls even while I am traveling. When I am not traveling, the best time to reach me is early in the day, before noon. We do have a voicemail when no one is available however, our voicemail holds 30 messages, if someone calls, listens to our greeting and hangs up, it takes up a message slot.
